ALL guests, whether they are participating or not, must wear socks. If a guest does not have socks they can purchase socks at the front desk.

Yes, ALL guests entering the facility, whether you are participating or not will be required to have a valid waiver on file. For fast and easy check-in, fill out your waiver here

Yes, we have a snack bar with several options to choose from.

No outside food and drinks are allowed into the facility.

Children under the age of 16 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision. An adult who is 18 or older must sign the waiver.

One responsible adult per every five children must remain in the facility at all times. No drop-offs. We are not a childcare facility or public park and supervision is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

No, walk-ins are welcome during open play. Special parties must be booked in advance.

Rules & Policies

• Socks Required for All Ages - if you do not have socks, you will be required to buy socks

• No shoes on mats

• Strictly no outside food or drink is permitted.

• Any misplaced items that are found may be turned in to the Front Desk. Each item that is turned in is stored for a period of thirty (30) days in our office.

• If unclaimed after 30 days, items are handed over to the local Goodwill

• Exceptions include Wallets, IDs, and cell phones which are retained for 90 days.

• Everyone who enters our facility must have completed and signed a valid waiver

• Guests/Participants that are under 18 must have it completed and signed by their parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney.

• Everyone’s waivers are properly executed

• Everyone completely understands and agrees to follow all rules and Team Member Instructions

• Everyone must have a valid wristband with a valid time

• Everyone is in good health without restrictions

• Everyone’s personal items such as eyewear, hearing aids, braces, prosthetic devices, watches, phones, and cameras, are secure, impact-resistant, and suitable for use in a demanding sports environment

• Be aware of those around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others

• No guns, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises

• Remember your physical limitations

• Follow all posted rules and directions given by staff members

• No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed
